Every content page is assembled from structured fields — a short answer, severity and drive-status verdicts from controlled vocabularies, symptom-to-action tables, checklists and FAQs — so the same question is always answered the same, extractable way.
We describe documented fault patterns with deliberate caution: “commonly reported” means exactly that. We do not state complaint counts, failure rates or repair prices we cannot stand behind; costs appear as estimate bands only.
